Shipping Policy

All orders require 1-14 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during holidays or promotional sales. Kelly Wigs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Return or refunds

Refund Processed

Due to the nature of wigs and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final. Refunds are only eligible if approved by Kelly Wigs within 24 hours of package delivery.

To request a refund, please contact our support team within the 24-hour window with your order number and photos of the product in its original, unused condition. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

If approved, Refunds can take up to 30 business days to credit back into your account.

Cancel order

Orders can be cancelled only Within 24 hours of ordering. Once order is in processing it won’t be eligible for cancellation by policy.

There will be a $25.00 cancellation Fee for all canceled orders.
